Chad i really love mine the only draw back is the short ATA but it is really fast really smooth and for the money u can't beat that deal! one more thing if u do get the revenge do NOT get the revolution rest by trophy ridge it just will not tune on that bow for some reason! i use the apache on mine because i like the least moving parts possible!

I have been shooting a Tribute for 6yrs. Time to move up, and I get a deal direct from PSE on a new bow. I am 5-8", and a 27" draw. No matter what bow I shoot, my draw length kills me. But being shorter framed, I love short ATA bows. I shot the Tech 29 before my Tribute. I plan on shooting the QAD rest, I have one on my Tribute and love it. I know I will be shooting at the 285-295 range, but the bow was VERY smooth and minimal shock, with No silencers or stabilizer. I'm even contemplating on going with a 60lb bow....

i wouldn't get one for the fact alone that CH has one ;)

and CH, you couldn't get the Revolution to tune on your bow. That doesn't mean it won't tune on a Revenge. I just couldn't let you make a broad assumption from one trial.

and chad if you grain it out with a 350 grain on 27 inches u should get 310-315 out of it!

Ch is right, trophy ridge has had some problems with fine tuning with the revolution on some faster bows

i watched them try to tune it. i know it wouldn't tune. i was messing with him. won't rule out it wouldn't if you spent a while on it. but it shouldn't have been that difficult. works flawlessly on mine, but I'm only shooting 317 ... slow a molasses as CH says.

This was taken when the bow first came in! Just took it right out the box put the revolution on it and a stabilizer and when shot it through the chrono to see what it would do!

this is to show you what it will do on 28 inches with a 350 gr arrow!

in the E mod position for 28 inch draw

Since then i have put an apache rest, Spothog Hoggit site, different stabilizer, and a Hardcore String on it! I shoot the GT Velocity 300's *pse's seem to like a stiffer arrow when tuning* they weigh 370 grains with the 3 inch fusion vanes on them and a 100 gr field tip! with that set up now it shoots 326 on 28 inch draw

Chad, I'm in the same boat as you, hard to beat that discount. I shot the Revenge and liked it but I think the Evo fits me better. With your draw length I wouldn't hesitate to go with the Revenge.

I set up 2 different Revenges with QAD Ultra Rest Hunters and they shot great. The Revenge was my favorite PSE last year. I would recommend putting some blue loctite or string wax on the module screws. I had 3 different 2012 PSEs come in with loose module screws (2 were Revenges, and both on the bottom cam). Didn't happen on the 2011s but I read somewhere about people reporting the same issues with module screws.

It's a good practice to Loctite the module screws regardless of brand. If it can come lose, it will.

Can order online direct from PSE (I did this) or visit any authorized dealer. I use Atchafalaya Outfitters in Opelousas but there is likely a dealer closer to you. Call them and talk to Jay.... (337) 407-0936. He can help you even if it's to put you in touch with a dealer close to you.

You can go to PSE's website and find dealers. PSE MAP-priced all their bows this year so price should be consistent wherever you find it...$649.99.

I shot one at Bowie's yesterday and it was pretty sweet! I liked it better than the evo. You get a little longer brace height, shorter ATA and there is only a 5FPS IBO difference. And its $150 cheaper. And Bowie's has a few instock at $649

Cajun_Huntin

Looks like the people that are trying PSE are really loving them! Congrats guys! But I will admit that the Evo is a lil easier to shoot bow because of the ATA! That short of an ATA makes the longer *past 50 yrds* shot a lil harder then it should be!
