Default Paw Paw Island

Has anyone deer or duck hunted paw paw island just north of Vicksburg? looking at buying a share, i know the water will come up and floods the exterior of the island and access by boat if the river gets to 26 ft. Really looking for information on the hunting side, hows the deer and duck hunting? is it worth fighting the high water at times. thanks

Friend is on the place next door by the levee. I haven't hunted it, but have hunted a couple of places nearby. If you know how to hunt, you should be able to kill a 130" each season, with an occasional 150". Duck hunting should be great. Practically ground zero for the CWD case.
