Obviously, I don't KNOW, but it appears to me that thy may have been turned around while Small Game Hunting. You'll know for sure if you get more pics, or if you don't.

Nah, They ain't turned around, They crossed 12 acres that's not theirs in the beginning, This fellow and his kids live on land that was cleared.
Now with no woods left behind their house they trespass.
I'm always hearing some idiot on a 4 wheeler running up and down on Shuff's side blasting away like hes playing cowboys and Indians,I suspect its the boy in the picture, I've found empty coke cans and chip bags out in the woods.
Pretty sure it's the boy doing that.
When they left out of there they continued east walking inside the fence line instead of turning south to his place. It's not the first time the boy has been close to the place shooting a 12 gauge. First time I catch them on camera,They avoided the camera by the feeder,But I have the dogs on pictures on 12/23/18

Default Criminal Trespass

File Criminal Trespass charges on them! 100-500 fine and they will likely get probation of 6 months. It will make them think real hard about ever coming back. If you do nothing or confront them yourself you will likely have to deal with retaliation or repeat trespassing.

My advice is to alert the local Green Jeans. I'm sure they would like to make a wildlife case, if possible. Trespassers typically don't do anything by the book. Also, buy yourself and cellular trail cam and put it at your camp in an elevated position to monitor who comes and goes remotely. It will be well worth it, I promise!

I contacted the green jeans this am in L.Chuck,They became really interested when I said I had pictures,They had a shotgun with them,No hunters orange.
Then I told them they had been I.D. thru the local Dairy Queen staff
(They found this funny as heck)

I then contacted one of the owners of the land that was crossed to get on mine,The nice lady forwarded my number to the Land Manager who also wants to see the pictures since,1. They don't lease land to hunters.
So now I have Dip S and Son Hunting Expeditions coming or rather trespassing on 2 separate sections of land not owned or leased to them.
Tomorrow will be interesting!

Well,I picked up the lease next to my place in Ragley.

Sent a deputy to notify Dip S and son to remove the stands in 15 days

Naturally he claimed he has permission for a guy that died several years ago.

Waiting to see how this plays out,He's been trespassing for years,Now he has to get out!

Angry property

Do you own or lease property. If you own go to the Sheriffs office and file charges. If you lease the landowner will have to file the charges. The landowner has 2 years to file charges or not file at all. I just had this happened to me. Its the landowner who has to file.

He's over the line and he knows it,He has been unchallenged for a good number of years so it would seem hes pushing his luck and the deputy has notified him that he has 15 days to remove his stands and feeder and that's only because I'm a nice guy.

I have him and the boy dead to rights since this trail is next to grandmaws old barn like 3' away.

Glad for you. My trespasser will not show up again. I am using the same tactics as you. But for him to have charges pressed against him the landowner had to do it according to my local sheriffs office. Kudos to you. Put your foot on his neck and dont let up.

I think the guy at your Sheriff's office misspoke. As Lessee you have full rights to file criminal trespass charges against someone, as long as you have proof. It's no different than renting an apartment and someone breaks in. You will file the charges not the landlord, as a matter of fact you can file charges on the landlord for trespassing if he didn't meet some specified condition written into the lease.

Well. My sheriff is Bobby Guidroz. I had all the proof. I helped him pull his truck out fixed his radiator hose for him and have plenty pictures. That's what my SO told me and the landowner.
