My first was a red wing hunter recurve and my first compound was a Browning nomad I think, it had a green riser and black limbs.

Like many of you, I started out with a Bear Whitetail II. It looked just like the picture below.

Pro Line Point Blank Limited and I still have it gathering dust in a corner. Squeaks when you draw it now.

My first was a Darton 30mx . It was in the late 80`s when I bought it off one of my brothers friends. It was 60# draw and had 45% let off, actually called "relaxation" back then. I still have the bow and the manual and some draw length mods it came with. Killed my first few deer with it. Then I got a Jennings buckmaster.

Same bow for me at the age of 14. I was shooting Easton xx75 2013's @ 208 fps with a 60lb draw weight. Man that quick! Lol

My dad gave me his old Bear Whitetail something or another. It had wheels and pulleys all over it.

I'll never forget a cold frosty morning one bow season I had a spike walk out in a food plot. It was the first time I had ever bow hunted and I watched that deer a long time. I missed that deer 3 times....LOL I was a wreck.

That is when I became completely hooked on deer hunting!!
