Default Fox getting chickens

I have friend losing chicken to she is guessing is a fox been setting a trap but no
luck so far. Any suggestions not sure if it's a fox tried live bait in the trap no good
Any help is appreciated

They live in the Opelousas area a farmer told her live rats but I figure someone here will have some
advice.

I can tell you one thing about foxes and chickens.

Those foxes will FEAST and will NOT stop
until the last chicken is gone. They will gorge
on the chickens. My brother-n-law has been dealing with
that for years.

The only thing that stops them is to kill the whole den.
That usually requires staying up a few nights.
