32 and worked at Hibbett Sports. Needless to say, he was fired. His cousin is a sheriff over in Alabama so it's hard to say if he'll get any real jail time over a teabagging incident or not. Bond was set at $10,000 so I doubt he even spent the night in jail. Personally, I can't see ruining his life by making him register as a sex offender, if it comes to that. He was drunk and did something he shouldn't have done but if I was the LSU fan, I'd rather see him in civil court than in criminal court. I'd make him pay me for "pain and suffering."

In most cases, the only difference between us and someone on deathrow is one bad decision. I would possibly say nothing should be done if he had did it once, but to continue to do it and hunch the guy is something else. He was the big man when he did it, now he should pay the consequences.

bet if that lsu fan was one of your kids it would be different. he sexually assaulted a guy in a public place if front if alot of ppl and on camera so what if he was drunk it's no excuse im sure it's not his first time doing it. he ruined his own life when he made that choice so if he has to register as a sex offender good for him maybe he will make better choices next time

Can't say I agree. If he stuck his penis on me and I was passed out nothing less than life in prison would satisfy me!!

He teabagged the guy. Put his nut sack on him, not the penis. What about some old skank rubbing her floppy old tits on you while you were passed out? Granted, it's better than a nut sack but life in prison? Please! You know how many tea bags happen every weekend on college campuses across the country?

I never knew there was such a market. Maybe the.guy turned himself in because he knows there is a market for this and expects to be paid for the service he provided.

Not that it makes it any better or worse but this is a 32 year old, married with child, college graduate. are y'all a fan of the "she had it coming" rape defense? Worse things happen everyday, but that doesn't excuse this behavior.
