I take it that's game birds you have?? "fighting" roosters? If so is it gaff or spur? Me and my brother had birds for a long time till the ban!!

I used to do the evening feeding @ a mink farm when I was in high school. Those are some seriously MEAN little bastards. If they were 200 lbs instead of 2 lbs. nothing could touch 'em.

Agreed. Good thing that they aren't bigger than they are. Its one of the fiercest animals in our woods. I've seen one chase a rabbit (trailing him like a beagle) accross a big ridge with the rabbit squeeling the whole time. I wasnt sure if he wanted to breed it or eat it but the rabbit didnt want nothing to do with the mink. I've also watched them catch big snakes in old hollow logs, haul them up on the log and eat them right there.

Thats a cool mount. I killed one about 15 years ago but didn't even think about mounting it.

Growing up I would help my grandparents with their traps and we would catch several every year. Yeah, they are some mean little fellows and excellent hunters.
