Default yard yote

after coming home late from deer hunting i have seen yotes in my back yard eating food my wife puts out in the yard .they are so fast and i can never get off a shot . i have been baiting them and its like they know i am waiting in ambush. after trying to hunt them on and off for severald nights i have given in . i called a trapper friend and we now have 2 traps set in back yard hope to have yote in trap tonite. he sells them to fox pens for 75.00 each.good money if we can get a yote. also he baits with cracklings crumbs. he said they cannot resist the crumbs. lol i like them too!

Be careful. You might catch a Cajun too! Good luck. They are smarter than us sometimes.

We are having problems with them in the yard and getting really close to the house. We have a deer feeder in the back yard and we were getting 50-60 pics of deer a day now we may get one. Guess they have all the deer spooked! Worried they are going to get my chickens or cats!

Savage30-06, I heard they love house cats. Their love for cats has to do with removing competition from the area. Small dogs and foxes don't fair well either.

Oh GREAT!!! After I posted that I went and checked the camera and there is coyote poop around the feeder and a few deer tracks. Had 3 pics of deer since last wednesday but no pics of coyotes. Oh and the deer are getting closer to the house, there are tracks about 15 yards from my bedroom window.
