Default ATVs on Brooks Brake

Anyone hear that one of the walking trails is going to be designated for ATV use on Brooks Brake? Not good in my opinion.

Default Express your opposition

I sent an email to the headquarters expressing my opposition. Hope others will do similar. If they open the trail there will be very little places to hunt with any privacy on the refuge. There will be people everwhere and the end result will be less deer than they have now, IF THATS POSSIBLE!!

We have had about 8 different permit holders already send letters of opposition in. Maybe if enough of us speak up we can do something. Diesha is out until Feb 24. Hopefully the info is waiting for her when she returns.Insatiable must have her email.
Thanks for the help.

I just used this address from the BC NWR website and put it to Deisha Norwood attention.

Default I Agree

Allowing more ATV access to BB will only but more pressure on a dwindling deer population; it would end up being a zoo back there. Thanks for the heads-up Coullion.

Default Keep up with it.

Thanks for the assistance guys. Keep pressing the fight. If I hear anything further, I will post here and also on the deer discussion page.
