St Francisville
Does anyone know if the ferry is still in operation in St Francisville? When I leave Tunica next week I would like to hop across to three rivers.

Also- anyone know the status of the new bridge? I thought it was originally planned for the end of 2010, but I don't think thats the case anymore

Please pay close attention to the ferry hours. I went meet ProT one day at his lease last year. The sign on the New Roads side read that it would run till 11 pm. When I was going home, I got back to the ferry and there was a flashing sign saying that the ferry was shutting down at 5:30 PM and it was 6:00 PM when I made it there. Had to go all the way to Baton Rouge to cross the river.......SOB!!!!!

cooyonboy we went to cat island hunting one year and the ferry didn't run till after day light that sucked..got in the woods at 7 but we did kill 3 deer that morning...dad kill the biggest buck killed that weekend 17in 8pt until they build a bridge i'm not going back..

don't blame you at all woodie.......I've been wanting to give Cat Island a try but it won't be till the bridge is complete........
