“Step Outside Day,” held this past Saturday, May 9, was a jam-packed adventure. Currently in its sixth year, the event drew crowds from all across Louisiana. Watch this video to explore everything the “Step Outside Event” has to offer, and mark your calendar for next year, when it will return to Sherburne WMA on May 8, 2010. Just remember, it’s always held the Saturday before Mother’s Day!

Saturday’s event was the first one I have ever attended but you can bet it won’t be the last. My son is already asking when will the next one be….! He had a great time and personally I wish they would have something like this more often whether it be for free are not! Overall it was a wonderful experience for my son an he learned plenty… Great job Bayou Buck, it was good see you and meeting Deon an Bherpin. Hope to see ya’ll again!
I wish I would have taken the day off to bring my boy. Looked like a lot of fun.
I know this is something I’m gonna have to try one day. Hopefully next year; my youngest son is 6 years old. It’s time to get him out there and show him what the outdoors is all about!
